Refund and Returns Policy
1. General Policy
At LAMALAMA SHOP SDN. BHD., we take great pride in curating rare antiques and vintage items with historical significance. Each item is selected for its uniqueness and authenticity. Due to the nature of antique collectibles, all sales are generally considered final. However, we understand certain circumstances may require resolution, and we are committed to handling returns and refunds case-by-case with fairness.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return only if the following criteria are strictly met:
- You contact us within 3 days of receiving your item.
- The item is not used, not modified, and remains in the same condition as when sold.
- The item must be returned with all original documentation, certificates (if any), tags, and packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt, order number) is required.
LAMALAMA SHOP SDN. BHD. reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are mostly one-of-a-kind, the following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Antique or vintage items with age-related wear as described in the product listing
- Products labeled “as-is”, “final sale”, or discounted clearance
- Items that have been used, restored, cleaned, or altered by the buyer
- Products missing original documents, packaging, or labels
- Custom orders, reserved items, or special requests
We strongly encourage all buyers to read item descriptions carefully and contact us for more photos or clarifications before purchasing.
4. Return Process
To request a return, email us at lamalama.shop@outlook.com with the following:
- Your full name and order number
- Clear photos of the item, packaging, and any issues
- Your reason for return
Our team will review and respond within 2 business days. If approved, you will need to ship the item back within 3 business days using a trackable courier. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Note: We are not liable for return shipments lost or damaged in transit.
5. Inspection and Approval
Once your item is returned, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days. If it meets the return conditions, we will issue:
- A store credit
- A replacement (if possible)
- Or a partial/full refund, depending on the item and situation
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the agreed resolution.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
We carefully inspect and pack every item. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will evaluate and may offer:
- A replacement (if available)
- A partial or full refund
- Or a suitable alternative item
7. Warranty Claims
We stand by the authenticity of every collectible and antique we sell. If you believe an item is not genuine, please contact us with supporting documentation from a certified expert. We will assess the case with integrity and transparency.
8. Exchanges
Due to the nature of our antique inventory, direct exchanges are not available. If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
