1. Order Processing Time

At LAMALAMA SHOP SDN. BHD., we carefully inspect, verify authenticity, and pack each antique or collectible with the utmost attention. Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we begin preparing your rare items for secure dispatch.
You will receive a confirmation email and tracking details once your parcel is on its way.


2. Shipping Coverage

We ship throughout Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak using trusted courier partners to ensure your vintage collectibles arrive safely.
For international buyers, we accept orders case-by-case, especially for rare and fragile items like vintage bikes or high-value notes. Please contact us before placing an international order to confirm eligibility, shipping charges, and documentation requirements.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email or WhatsApp so you can follow the delivery progress.

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely deliveries, certain circumstances are beyond our control:

  • Public holidays and festive season surges
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Customs inspections for overseas orders
  • Severe weather or natural events
  • Remote area routing delays

We are not responsible for courier delays, but we will gladly help coordinate with the courier on your behalf.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

Every order is securely packaged with extra care, especially for fragile and historical items. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or partially fulfilled, please:

  • Inspect your package immediately
  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Attach photos of the damaged item(s), original packaging, and shipping label

If validated, we will provide a refund, replacement, or assist with filing a claim with the courier.

Note: LAMALAMA SHOP SDN. BHD. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as “Delivered” by the courier. Always double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.


7. Self-Collection (By Appointment Only)

We welcome self-collection for valuable or bulky vintage items like bicycles and large retro decor.

Walk-ins are not guaranteed to be accommodated due to safety and preparation needs.


8. International Shipping (Customs & Duties)

For international collectors or buyers:

  • You are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees charged by your country.
  • LAMALAMA SHOP is not liable for packages delayed, rejected, or held by customs.
  • Please research your country’s import rules before purchasing.
